#USMail?
Last year, around August I believe…I noticed my US passport was expiring so I set to work to renew my passport
First, I live overseas which means I have to go all thru all kinds of steps to get all the material together and then, if all is as good as I can get it, send it off
To clear things up alittle, I couldn’t send a money order, can’t get a money order locally, such things simply don’t exist, but we did have a Western Union where I could have gotten things done
However when I talked to the people at the local Post Office, I was informed “we no longer do that” which left me in a pickle
After going to my local bank and learning “we can’t do that” time and again, I went back to the Post Office and told them about my plight “trying to renew my passport” and the look I got from the local Post Office but okay, got an American Passport but I’m not in US but at my local Post Office
After a brief conversation the Postal worker was all about “this is what we CAN do” it was the equivalant of the money you send along with your passport application and because I literally had no alternative at that stage, I went with that
It is now like the end of the month of May and we write 2021 and still no new US passport so…I’m thinking possibly “Dejoy”?
